How do I book a Picnic?Fill out the booking form! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event.

What does my picnic include?We offer packages suitable for 2-20 people which includes a complete basic setup. Custom and Themed picnics are available for an additional charge.

Is alcohol allowed?We do not offer alcoholic beverages. It is the client responsibility to check alcohol laws for any venue and public space being used for our services. P&G is not held responsible for anyone bringing those items to their event.

Can we leave the picnic before it ends?If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please call us 30 minutes prior. You are responsible for all items until we return.

What is your cancellation policy?Life happens and we can't predict the weather. For any circumstances beyond our control, we can either move your event to a indoors location, or reschedule your day within the same calendar year at no additional charge to you. We do require a 24 hour notice. You get to reschedule once without penalty for any non-weather related occurrences 72 hours prior to your event. All others are subject to a $50 reschedule fee. No call, no show will forfeit all monies paid. All picnics are non-refundable.

What if something breaks?As apart of our services our staff will clean up after you. If for any reason there is irreparable damage to any of our equipment, additional fees will apply.
